As a native of Northern Virginia, from a family of real estate brokers and agents, I gained a comprehensive and unique perspective on the housing industry in this area. My training was with three 20 year appraisal veterans, who are some of the 'masters' in the local appraisal field. I successfully completed a variety of current coursework from some of the major Appraisal Schools in the nation; Allied Business School (CA), McKissock Real Estate School (PA), the Moseley Real Estate School (VA) and the Real Estate Academy in Richmond. 

I am currently a Certified Residential Appraiser in VA & DC and a Licensed Residential Appraiser in Md & WVa. I am an FHA Certified Appraiser as well.
